At 87, “Twin Towers” of Global Health, Launch High-Tech Initiatives on their 61st Wedding Anniversary (Dec 31st, 2025)

Revised as of January 4-5th, 2026

Inventors/Innovators:Prof. (Mrs)Prema & Prof Alex Rhema  Zachariah Unveil “GloRHI LLC” to Revolutionize Rural Healthcare with Smart Glasses and “Traibalized” Biometrics, Starting with India, Fiji and Mongolia.

URBANA, ILLINOIS — December 31, 2025 — While most couples celebrate their 61st anniversary with a quiet dinner, Professors Prema and Alex Rhema Zachariah are celebrating theirs by launching a global health revolution. Both 87 years young, the “Twin Towers” of GloRHI LLC (Global Rhema Health Initiatives) are officially inaugurating the “Carl Taylor S4L3V2 Projects” on Dec 31st, 2025!

Dedicated to their mentor, the late Dr. Carl Taylor (Founding Head of International Health at Johns Hopkins and leader of the famed Narangwal Project), the initiative answers his mandate to “Seek for the Last, the Least, and the Lost.” Dr. Carl Taylor MD, founded the Dept of Social and Preventive Medicine in CMC Ludhiana in the early fifties, the first ever such department in South Asia. Dr. Prema is the 6th HoD after Carl Taylor as the Founding HoD.

Bridging Tradition and Technology GloRHI’s approach is unique: it combines high-tech surveillance with indigenous cultural practices. The initiative aims to deploy “Smart Asha Workers”village health activists equipped with 1. Voice Breath Analysis to detect early signs of depression. 2,  Smart Glasses capable of remote Oculomics (detecting pupil biomarkers for hypoxia and fatigue) and 3. strips tests instant urinalysis which is read instantly by the tablet’s camera lens for 10 plus medical conditions. This Quantum AI input is by India’s leading Quantum Computing AI genius Prof. Nainan Sajeeth Philip. Thus we are ‘leapfrogging’ and bringing the last, least and lost villages and villagers  in India, Fiji and Mongolia. The GloRHI LLC’s Principal Investigator is none other than the WHO expert of 16 years Prof Govind Salik of Fiji Lands.

Our flagship equation is Singing Dancing Intentional Rmj+ Intentional Yrr=Instant 1 breath ecstatic Instant  Intentional Utopia.

Rhemercise mj stands for Rhemercise mirthfulness and joyfulness. Yrr stands  for Yawnercise rejoice and reboot.

Singing and Dancing: 1st option is local traditional/tribal  songs and dances.  The 2nd option is Indian Army Assam Regiment Drill Dance lyrics choreography, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jqu_y2AzXZc The Lyrics for both options are the same translated into local language. The lyrics have 8/8 measure and the words,” Relax NOW, Rejoice NOW, Refresh Now, Reboot Now” . This is done in pairs, that is the local Asha Worker and the woman the Asha Worker is interacting with. The Local  Asha Worker  also leads the group singing of village women.

Rmj is Breathing Out-Singng and Dancing. Plus Yrr is  Breathing In- Yawning with a facial expression of awe and wonder,  rejoicing and rebooting.

Rmj- Breathing Out and Yrr Breathing In is summarized in 4 Acronyms.

BIG-4   BOSSSES   BIYES(buys)   HENS

BIG-4 stands for Breathe In G-4 Grace, Glory, Gladness, Globally

BOSSES stands for  Breathe Out Singing(dancing) Smilling Ecstatic Satiety

BIYES  stands for  Breathe In Yawning Expressing Surprise(awe & wonder)

Hence in just 4 slow intentional breathings one experience, grace, glory, gladness locally.

It is recommended that one does this 4 breaths-Breaks, every hour, when possible. It takes just 1-2 minutes to do this.

This 4 breaths, taking routine can be built into ALL the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) -Seamlessly.

The Carl Taylor talking to us a group of raw, just graduated interns, my wife Dr. Prema and I, we were the “Narangwal Project Alumnus, told us,

“Seek for “the Least, the Last, the Lost, (L3) Villages, Villagers (V2) of India.

We honor his Clarian Call to us, 50+ years ago, hence all these Projects,  we( Prema and I) christen,

Carl Taylor S4L3V2 Projects

Prof Carl Taylor was a Pionier in  starting South Asia’s First Dept of Preventive Medince in Christian Medical Collge, Ludhiana, in the early 50’s.

Dr. Prema was the 6thh Head of the Dept, to follow his foot steps and continute the leagacy.

The  Pilot Projects is to be launched in 3 locations out of the 9 locations mentioned below as well as in the Islands in Fiji and the land locked Mongolia.

“The Asha Workers, wont  just check vitals; she sings and dances with women.  Asha Worker has ‘Tribalized’ the medical drill. Using our Rmj+Yrr technique, villagers perform folk dances synchronized to the 8/8 beat of The Battle Hymn of the Republic of the Indian Army Assam Regiment Drill-Dance song or as one  blend with the local songs and dances.”

Key Innovations of GloRHI:

1. The 1st  Invention/initiative of GloRHI LLC  Rhemercise mj + Yawnercise rr. Rhemercise mirthfulness joyfulness. Google ‘Rhemercise’.  In Rhemercise mj, as one breathe out, one sing, smile and dacne with ecstatic mirth and joy. Yawnercise rr as one breathe in, Yawning  and stretching can be an ecstatic blissful utopia

2. The 2nd  Invention/initiative of GloRHI LLCKb-RSBC (Kabaddi-Based Rhema Breath Counting): A cardiorespiratory test inspired by the Indian sport Kabaddi, measuring lung health through maximal single-breath counting.

There are two parts to Kb-RSBC. a., Resting: After taking a very deep breath, count as fast as possible in the woman’s mother tongue, “1001, 1002, 1003…..till out of breath. Average peson’s SBC is 1022 and above.

b.  Effort Kb-RSBC is the same, except the person sit-stand-sit on one breath as many times as possible in a straight upright chair. Nomally it is 7 and above. The Asha worker keeps a tag of everyones score, every month and sooner if they have any health issues.

3The 3rd  invention/initiative of GloRHI LLC is Intentional Breathing Rate Variability. I-BRV. Is the result or issue of the first two inventions. I-BRV results in improving and enhancing Heart Rate Variability (HRV) considered the Gold Standard of Wellness and Health.

All the 3 Inventions/Initiatives were developed from the 3 books written and publised by ARZ in 2015 and 2017. Based on this publicaitons,  National Institute of Aging/National Institute of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, USA invited ARZ to be Lifetime Honorary Membership and Affiliation since 2015.

4The Digitized Family Folder System (eFFS): The Family Folder System (FFS) was created in the Dept of Social and Preventive Medicine (SPM) and Community Health in the late 70s and the Founding Mothers were, Dr. (Mrs) Harbans Dillon MD, Dr. Betty Cowen MD, Dr. Jasbir Dhanoa MD, Dr. Sarama Thomas MD and Dr. Prema Zachariah MD (CoFounder of GloRHI LLC). Under Dr. Prema’s Headship, Dr. Shivinder Singh MD digitized and perfected it in the 90s and early 2000s. The International SKOCH Award SILVER was given in 2016 to Christian Medical College Ludhiana, Punjab,  Dept of Community Health and Dr. Shivinder Singh received it for CMCL. (The SKOCH Silver Award is a prestigious recognition given to organizations or projects that have made significant contributions to governance, public administration, and service delivery in India. Instituted in 2003, it aims to acknowledge exceptional achievements in various fields, including digital, financial, and social inclusion. The award process involves rigorous evaluation by a panel of domain experts, ensuring that the recognized projects have a positive impact and are innovative in their approaches).

4. Carl Taylor S4L3V2. Asha Worker centered-Project in Madhepura, Bihar,India, challenge: The Invisible Citizens In 15 targeted Mahadalit (Musahar) villages in Madhepura, are the 3L and 3R despised, called the ‘rat people’ because they eat rats! So let us launch into the deep, starting with our Maha-Dalits. The project is  to bridge the healthcare gap in 15 identified Mahadalit (Musahar) communities in Madhepura. By leveraging the existing government health workforce (ASHA/ANM) and equipping them with AI-enabled eHealth tools (Tablets & Kb-RSBC software, urine test strip), we aim to digitize health delivery for the “poorest of the poor.” Madhepura Christian Hospital (MCH) Community Health Department offers to serve as the Technical Facilitator and Capacity Building Partner, providing the digital infrastructure, training, and data analytics at no implementation cost to the District Administration, ensuring the benefits of state schemes reach the intended beneficiaries transparently. Co-PI Dr. Ashish Abraham MD

5,  Carl Taylor S4L3V2 Asha Centered Project in Bakarwal and Gujjar Migrating  shepherds of Jammu and Kashmir, known for their seasonal migration patterns.  Co-PI Dr. Abu Adil MD, who works with the Directorate of health services, Jammu and Kashmir, India in the Asha Worker Training and equipping.  They migrate to the valley during the winter months to graze their livestock in the lower altitudes and return to the Himalayas in summer to find suitable grazing pastures. This transhumance involves moving between high-altitude meadows in the summer and lower-altitude areas during the winter.  ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) workers play a critical and specialized role among the Bakarwal and Gujjar migrating shepherds of Jammu and Kashmir. Unlike typical ASHA workers who are stationed in fixed villages, many of these health workers—often referred to as “Tribal ASHAs” or mobile ASHAs—are selected from within the nomadic community to migrate with the shepherds during their seasonal transhumance. Their role is vital because these communities spend months trekking between the winter plains of Jammu and the summer pastures of Kashmir (a practice called transhumance), often leaving them entirely cut off from static healthcare facilities. We will equip them with the same capabilities, tablets, urine sticks. Prof NSP will seek and collaborate with ISRO for satellite communication etc as needed. The Facilitators are Kelley Memorial Society, J&K www.kelleymemorialsociety.org

6.Carl Taylor S4L3V2  Asha Centered Project in  Aurahi village (Araria district), Jhirwa village (Araria district), in Purnia, Bihar. Co PI. Dr. Alex Philip MD
